HOW do I BOOK the CLUBHOUSE?
Complete and submit the booking form. Make sure you include your function's date and time.
We'll confirm via email that the clubhouse is available on your desired date.
Book the venue, by depositing your refundable bond into our account: French Bay Yacht Club, BNZ, 02-0184-0017957-02. Make sure you are using your name, function date, and "bond" as reference. You will receive a Letter of Bond Receipt, by email when the club receives the bond. This secures your booking.
- Pay your full venue hire amount, at least 30 days prior to your function: French Bay Yacht Club, BNZ, 02-0184-0017957-00. Make sure you are using your name, function date, and "hall hire" as reference. You will receive a Letter of Hall Hire Receipt by email when the club receives once your payment clears.
